How to Use Stiff-End Floss
- Thread: Use the stiffened end to thread the floss under your bridge, behind your fixed retainer wire, or between your implant and the gumline.
- Clean with Spongy Floss: Pull the floss through until the thicker, spongy section is under the appliance. Use a back-and-forth motion to clean the underside of the bridge or around the implant post.
- Clean Adjacent Teeth: Use the regular floss section to clean the sides of the natural teeth on either side of the space using the standard C-shape method.
- Remove: Gently pull the floss out from the side.
